Agraduate of Commerce from Sri Venkateswara University, Mr Narasinga Rao has over 36 years of experience in the industry in varied fields connected with Commercial activities, Stores Management, Accounts, Finance and Liaison.

Mr. Rao brings with him his enormous and multifaceted business knowledge and distilled wisdom gained over the years of work he has put in at various prestigious companies like Vijay Chemicals and Surgical Dressings, Alkali Metals Pvt Ltd, Prabhava Organics Pvt Ltd, Sri Krishna Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, HBL Nife Power Systems and Gulf Oil Corp.Ltd.

As the Director of Finance and Accounts at Praneeth Group since 2007, he has been nurturing the organization right from its infancy through his devoted services and invaluable guidance. A thorough professional well versed in Company Laws and Accounting Procedures, he has been instrumental in introducing tailor made procedures and processes for the whole gamut of financial activities of the Company.

Besides controlling and directing the Finance and Accounts Department towards its objectives, he volunteers and helps out in the smooth running of the Administration as well. He passionately strives for full and compulsory implementation of all statutory obligations through vociferously advocating the need for complete compliance of concerned statutes that offer the much needed social security for the work force.

A stickler to convictions, values and transparent business practices, Mr Rao, painstakingly delves deep into the roots of tricky issues and offers balanced and well-reasoned solutions. In short, he looks after the welfare and progress of the whole Group as a dedicated and affectionate father figure ever ready to share his wisdom towards achieving overall growth and blossoming of Praneeth Group.

With over three decades of business experience behind of him, the major part of which has been in the real Estate sector, Mr. Ramanjaneya Raju is a personification of diligence, positivity and enormous amount of good will.

As a director at Praneeth Group, he specialises in land dealings and acquisitions. With his enviably vast experience in the creation of massive Residential layouts across Hyderabad, he brings with him to Praneeth Group, a very rich fund of knowledge and expertise in beneficial land dealings, the starting point of any successful Real Estate business.

Apart from being an industrious business man, Mr Ramanjaneya Raju is also well known for his philanthropic work, social responsiveness and a spiritual bent of mind. He has been playing a key role in the steady growth of the organization by sharing his practical wisdom and guiding the Group towards achieving newer heights year after year.

A self-made man with grit and determination, Mr. Narsi Reddy started his business career three decades back mainly dealing in electrical goods and appliances. With sheer hard work and dedication, he not only achieved remarkable success in that line, but also branched out into Real estate sector and made a niche for himself through his exceptionally good human relations, in-depth knowledge and astute business acumen.

During his long and continuing innings, he has already partnered in building many premium apartment complexes across twin cities before joining Praneeth Group.

As a Director at Praneeth since 2011, Mr. Narsi Reddy has been contributing his mite as a technically well experienced advisor to the Managing Director on all matters concerning the expansion of the Organization. With his extremely thorough and sound grounding in the nitty- gritties of Real Estate business, he plays a very vital role in the decision making process of the Company.

Mr. Narsi Reddy is well known in business circles as a hard working, dynamic and down to earth person with versatile abilities who offers highly practical and implementable solutions to all business related issues.

A dedicated professional and a conscientious Civil Engineer to the core, Mr. Chandrasekhar Reddy has deep and profoundly vast experience spanning over two decades in the field of construction of buildings and handling major projects. A former Sub-Divisional Engineer with the Central Government, he was part of planning, designing and executing many projects in his long and fruitful innings. He also had a brief stint on deputation to the prestigious Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for a couple of years. Mr Reddy has been at the helm of affairs for all projects of Praneeth Group initially as General Manager from 2012, Director - Technical since 2016.

A Masters Enginering Degree holder in Civil Engineering from Andhra University, and an MBA from ICFAI, Fellow of Institution of Engineers (India), Mr. Reddy successfully fuses the usage of Information Technology into the Construction Industry and exploits its potential quite significantly and gainfully. Towards this end, he created his own softwares for easy and up to date Project Management & Monitoring, while serving with the Central Government.

With his extensive experience in planning and execution of massive projects coupled with his technically sound professional knowledge, he passionately endeavours to bring in the latest techniques, innovative methods and the best construction practices into the creation of all Praneeth’s Projects. Constantly propelling himself towards his sole objective of offering structurally flawless and aesthetically constructed homes with exacting quality standards to the customers well within the promised time line, he skilfully marshals all his resources and delivers every proud Praneeth Project one after the other.

As the Director - Technical, Mr. Chandrasekhar Reddy has been instrumental in introducing numerous controls, checks and balances internally to ensure stringent quality control in all the areas, be it technical, operational or administrative set ups.

In addition to being well known for his high order of engineering and managerial skills, Mr Reddy holds strong belief in scientific and progressive outlook along with a deeply embedded conviction towards an uncompromising adherence to values and principles that are dear to his heart.
